Ages 12-15 Level 3

In our Level 3 program, students will continue to progress their vaulting skills, learning more advanced vaults, as well as advanced progressions for the Kong vault. Students will learn to assess bigger risks as they work on their shoulder roll landings, descent techniques, as well as intermediate swinging skills. Climbing techniques taught in Level 3 focus on helping the students overcome larger walls without the need for strength.
